Services: We provide vehicle detailing services as per the options selected by you at the time of booking.

Appointment Policy: When you book an appointment with us, we may require a deposit to secure your slot. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

Payment: Payment for services must be completed as per the agreed terms at the time of service completion. Please note however that for services over $500, we may request payment in full, prior to completion of service.

Use of Services: You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this service by any third party.

Liability: While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for any incidental damages that may occur during the detailing process.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Vehicle Condition Surcharge: We understand that each vehicle's condition is unique, and some may require additional time, care, and resources to achieve our high standard of cleanliness and presentation. In cases where a vehicle presents excessive dirtiness, pet hair, stains, or other conditions that extend beyond the scope of our standard detailing packages, additional charges may apply.

To ensure the most accurate pricing, we encourage our clients to inform us in advance about any special conditions or concerns related to their vehicle. Providing photos or detailed descriptions prior to the appointment can help us assess the situation and quote more accurately.

In the absence of prior notification, our detailing specialists will assess the vehicle's condition upon arrival. If it is determined that additional services are required to meet our quality standards, we will communicate these needs and associated costs to the client before proceeding.
